• Help us meet the essential basic needs of our Vashon neighbors.
In 2023, SVdP-Vashon called on 164 Island households, helping our neighbors pay for rent, utilities, food, transportation, childcare and other basic needs. The Island’s shortage of affordable housing has pushed some of our neighbors into homelessness, and SVdP receives a growing number of calls from folks living in cars or camping in the woods. We’re here to prevent that by helping keep our neighbors in their homes.
